For residents as well as for non-residents, and for holiday guests, we are pleased to offer you the following services:
Pool Service
We offer a full maintenance of your swimming pool, in winter once a week, in summer twice a week.
The costs are € 800,- / year
Including materials; Price quoted for a pool of 8 x 4 metres
Administration of invoices
This service is offered for real estate owners who want to be sure that their invoices of land tax, electricity, water and refuge are paid correctly and in time to the corresponding authorities.
We administrate these invoices for a general cost of € 80,- / year
(invoice amounts not included)
Company to local offices
In case you should have problems with the language or you feel insecure when dealing with local authorities, or when filling in forms, or when you wish to request for NIE or Residencia, we offer our service to accompany you to the corresponding local authorities.
The cost is 15,-/ hour
Translations
For any translation for the languages English, German, Spanish and French, we offer you our translation service (please see also box: translations). Please ask without any compromise for a price for your text as they vary depending on juridical, private or formular texts.
House Administration
This service is mainly offered to people who are not living permanently in their property. This service is very interesting for people who do not live here all year through. If you so desire we offer a service of monitoring your property in your absence.
Prices are to be discussed with you individually.
House Insurance
We are pleased to send you different quotations from house insurance companies (e.g. English companies specialized in Spanish house insurances). Just send us the details of your house and we will send you a quotation soon.
This service is free of charge.
