WHICH ADDITIONAL COSTS DOES A BUYER HAVE?
When purchasing a property in Spain, the buyer has to pay 7 % tax on the deeds value. The costs of notary and registry are to be paid by the buyer, which represents an additional Euros 2.000 – 4.000,- approximately.
In case of mortgage, the buyer has to consider also the corresponding bank charges. On request, we are pleased to send you current information.
